You can skip a delivery, pause your subscription, change recipes, reschedule your next order, or cancel outright, entirely on your own, from your A Pup Above account. No phone call, no email, and no explanation required. Every control lives in one place: sign in at apupabove.com and open Manage Subscription, linked in the footer of every page on the site.

How do I get to my subscription settings?

Sign in to your account at apupabove.com using the email address you ordered with. Click Manage Subscription (in the site footer, or under your account menu once logged in). From that single screen you can see your next order date, the recipes in it, your delivery frequency, and every action below.

If you ordered as a guest or can't remember which email you used, use the same email you got your order confirmation from. That's the one tied to your subscription.

Can I skip just one delivery?

Yes. Open Manage Subscription and skip the next order without cancelling anything or losing your spot in the schedule. Your subscription picks back up automatically on the following cycle. This is the move if you're stocked up, traveling, or just don't need a delivery that week.

How do I pause my subscription?

Select pause from Manage Subscription. Pausing stops future orders and charges until you come back and resume, with no end date forced on you. It's the right choice over cancelling if you expect to restart, since your recipes, portion sizes, and delivery preferences stay saved.

Can I change my delivery date or get an order sooner?

Yes, both. Reschedule moves your next order's ship date earlier or later, useful if a delivery is about to land during a trip or you want it to line up with a specific day. If you need food sooner than your next scheduled date allows, select Get It Now from Manage Subscription. That charges your saved payment method and submits the order immediately; standard processing timelines, shipping cutoffs, and carrier schedules still apply, so it isn't instant, but it skips the wait for your next renewal date.

Can I switch recipes on my subscription?

Yes. Open Manage Subscription and change which recipes ship in your next order, for any order that hasn't already started processing. Rotating recipes is common and encouraged. If you're introducing a recipe your dog hasn't eaten before, follow the same gradual transition you used when you first switched to A Pup Above, mixing the new recipe in over about a week rather than swapping the whole bowl overnight. Can I send an order somewhere other than my home?

Yes, without changing your saved address permanently. Select Gift Next Order in your account, enter the one-time shipping address, and that single order goes there. This covers the common cases: sending food ahead to a pet sitter, a family member watching your dog, or wherever you're staying on a trip. Your account reverts to your normal address for the order after that.

How do I cancel, and what happens to an order that's already on its way?

Sign in to your account, open Manage Subscription, and select cancel. That's the entire process; A Pup Above doesn't require a phone call, an email, or a reason. Cancelling stops every future order and charge.

One thing to know: if an order has already entered processing when you cancel, that order still ships and is still charged. Your cancellation takes effect starting with the order after it. Does my subscription auto-renew, and will I be warned about price or schedule changes?

Yes to both. An A Pup Above subscription is a recurring order: once you start it, it renews automatically at the recipes, frequency, and price shown to you at checkout, and your saved payment method is charged each cycle, until you cancel. Your next charge date, recipes, and order total are always visible in your account so there's nothing to guess at.

What if my dog doesn't like a recipe I just tried?

A Pup Above's Tail Wags Guarantee covers your first-time purchase of a qualifying recipe: if your dog isn't happy with the food, email contact@apupabove.com for a refund up to the value of a 3lb best-sellers pack, no need to ship the food back. For a later order that arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise wrong, contact the team and they'll make it right. Do I need to email A Pup Above to cancel? No. Cancel yourself anytime from Manage Subscription in your account. Email contact@apupabove.com only if you'd rather have the team do it for you.

Will I still be charged if I cancel right before my order ships? If your order has already started processing, it ships and is charged as normal; cancelling stops the orders after it. Cancel before an order enters processing to stop that one too.

Can I pause instead of cancelling if I'm not sure I'll come back? Yes. Pause keeps your recipes, portions, and delivery settings saved with no future charges, so resuming later takes one click instead of rebuilding your subscription from scratch.

How do I know when my card will be charged next? Your next charge date is shown in your account under Manage Subscription, and confirmed by email after every order.

Can I change how often my order arrives? Yes, delivery frequency can be adjusted from the same Manage Subscription screen as your recipes and schedule.

What if I already started checkout and need a one-time change, like a different address? For a single order, use Gift Next Order to redirect just that shipment. For anything else on an order that's already processing, email contact@apupabove.com as soon as possible; the team will try to catch it before it ships, though once fulfillment has started they can't guarantee a change.
