Free Shipping Orders of $99 or more ship free. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $4.99.
Processing & Delivery Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday. Standard delivery is 1–3 business days from the ship date. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays to protect product integrity during transit.
Cold-Chain Handling Our food is temperature-sensitive. Every order is packed with dry ice or gel packs to maintain freshness from our facility to your door. Delivery schedules are planned to avoid packages sitting over a weekend without movement.
Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
If Your Order Arrives Warm Do not feed food to your dog if it arrives warm to the touch. Please contact us and we will make it right.
Holiday Periods Shipping schedules and delivery windows may be affected during peak holiday periods. We'll communicate any changes in advance.
