Ingredients

½ Cup Oat Flour
¼ Cup Water
1 Banana
2 TBSP Peanut Butter
¼ Cup Blueberries

Plain Greek Yogurt
A Pup Above Cubies

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F
In a large bowl, combine oat flour, water, mashed banana, and peanut butter.
Once batter is thoroughly mixed, add blueberries and stir again.
Pour mixture into an 6" round pan that has been greased with oil.
Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow cake to cool before removing from the pan and icing.

Spread Greek Yogurt over cake as desired.
