Got all the flavors. Shipping was fast and items arrived packed in dry ice to FL. All food was still frozen. I have two imperial (mini) Shihtzus - one is a very picky eater. If she doesn’t like the food she won’t eat it. Have tried everything but this food she was interested in. She doesn’t eat much and she seems to want variety each day. She will eat this though. I like that she is finally getting quality food and proper nutrition. I hope she continues to enjoy it! If she doesn’t, I’ll update this review but we are only 2 days into the samples and that is usually when she gets particularly finicky.

My dog goes crazy for the beef and pork! It's also the only wet food I can handle the smell of. It doesn't look disgusting when you open the package. It looks like human food and smells like how beef stew or pork should smell!

One of our recent finds that we can say our pups love. We have two Shih Tzu's and they very much enjoy this dog food, however, not so much the beef. One of our dogs eats it likes it's the best ever and the other one says "Beef It's For Dinner...AGAIN? The other issue is the packaging is difficult to deal with and could use an easier opening point.

The food looks amazing, and our fur baby is a real picky eater. This food made her an great eater. She likes all of them, Chicken, beef, pork and turkey.

If you knew how picky my little 7lb pup is, you would understand. He is 10 and has NEVER whined and barked at us for more food. NEVER! He licks the bowl clean every time he eats now. Gone are the days (fingers crossed) of throwing out food because it sat in his bowl too long or having to add things to it to get him interested. I got the sampler pack and so far, the turkey and the chicken are home runs!

Finally found a dog food my sweet, very picky 2 1/2 year old Havanese likes! We have tried 10 vet recommended pet food brands, 3 other fresh food brands, and two weeks of making our own food for her, A Pup Above is the ONLY food my dog likes. After two years of coaxing her to eat by adding green beans, sweet potatoes or other dog safe additions- we are so relieved to have her love her food! She actually comes over at meal time when I open the container and eats every morsel- no more coaxing or additions needed! We feel confident we are feeding her healthy food without pesticides and processed ingredients. Happy dog, happy parents!

My dogs love A Pup Above beef . This flavor is their favorite. They also love the pork.

Texas Beef Stew is my puppy Romeo’s favorite flavor! The quality of the food is excellent. The portability is great for travel. We store Romeo’s food in a lunchbox for airplanes and road trips. Romeo’s coat is healthy and shiny. He has great energy too. 10/10 recommend A Pup Above!

Our boy Guinness, patiently waits for his bowl of Turkey Pawella and Porky Luoa combo 2x/day. Keeps him spry and satisfied for action packed days at the beach. Keep up the great work 💖👏💖

He was eating Turkey Pilaf until it was discontinued for a new product. A bit of an adjustment, still adding a few cubies... again, so far so good!

My dog loves the food! My only issue is the packaging. The packaging always has a leak in atleast 1 of the 7 individually packaged meals. This causes bone broth to leak all over and the safety of the food to be at risk. Stronger packaging is needed.

Most of my dogs didn’t care for the turkey taste . And also I would like to see the humane grade vegetable and protein in the individual bags. It came out like a mush .

I recently adopted Sophie from her previous owner. She was being fed Fresh Pet. I researched Fresh Pet and I knew I wanted her off this brand as soon as possible. I researched lots of brands and landed on A Pup Above. I am happy with the ingredients and the quality of the ingredients. Sophie loves this food. She gets excited at meal time and licks her bowl clean. Ordering online is easy. The packages arrive frozen. They are shipped via Federal Express and arrive timely.

My dogs love this dogfood. They had been picky and wouldn’t eat. Now that they have a Pup Above again. They eat every bite!!!!

My Cooper has many food allergies, so we were so excited to find a good for him food made with pork. He loves it!!! With every mean he eats until it’s gone, leaves the room and ultimately returns to like the bowl some more, just to make sure he didn’t leave any behind. It is such a relief to have found a food that he isn’t allergic too and also loves to eat. Thank you A Pup Above!

She’s not crazy about the beef but the pork, she loves it! We’re going to try the turkey next

Our three small dogs love the pow pow chicken pow fresh food. We were purchasing it at our local store but they stopped carrying it due to their supplier. I’m so happy to have found it online a little less expensive with the subscription option.
